The location is fantastic, with breathtaking views and close proximity to local attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering useful recommendations for tourist activities. the spa facilities were fabulous, with a range of treatments and amenities that made for a relaxing stay.
Further, the rooms were not as comfortable as expected, with noisy air conditioning and a lack of soundproofing. an okay stay for a business trip, but improvements could be made in certain areas.

The exclusive amenities and luxurious setting of this hotel are impressive. The Spa & wellness centre is a standout feature, with massages, sauna, and an impressive outdoor hot tub. The full body massage was exceptional, and the spa lounge was a relaxing space to wind down in. The restaurant was world-class, and the in-room breakfast was a convenient and special experience.
There was only one minor issue during our stay - the service was not always up to par with the luxurious setting. While there were no major problems, there were a few small hiccups with the staff that detracted slightly from our experience.

The décor was impressive and nicely decorated. The location was perfect, near the mountains and the view was good. The staff was friendly and attentive.
The room was small and uncomfortable, and some of the furniture was outdated. The breakfast was overpriced, and not worth the cost.

I had a remarkable stay in this hotel. The hotel facilities were exceptional, with a fantastic spa ideal for post-ski recovery. The location in the mountains and near the upscale 3-star Michelin restaurant were unbeatable. The shuttle service to the slopes and town centre was very convenient and punctual. Also, the staff was polite and helpful, with Florent providing exceptional service.
Nothing could have been better.
